Hiring begins for 5,000 security staff at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games
VANCOUVER, BC – July 30, 2009 – Contemporary Security Canada ULC. (CSC) is now hiring an estimated 5,000 security screening staff for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver and Whistler.
CSC was selected in April 2009 by Public Works and Government Services Canada and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to provide pedestrian security screening services for the 2010 Winter Games.

The V2010 Integrated Security Unit has developed a comprehensive security plan that involves a combination of police officers, support staff, Canadian Forces and CSC's private security personnel.
