About Contemporary Security Canada Inc.
Contemporary Security Canada Inc. (CSC) has been selected by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to provide security screening services for the upcoming G8 and G20 meetings in Huntsville and Toronto, Ontario. CSC will have an estimated 1,100 security screeners on site.
CSC is made up of a team of Canadian and international experts from two leading security companies:
- Contemporary International Canada, a major event security company with experience in seven past Olympic Games
- Aeroguard Security Ltd, Canada's leading airport security screening company
Supervised by the RCMP and Integrated Security Unit (ISU), CSC is responsible for providing airport-type pedestrian security screening, including inspection of persons and items at the G8 and G20 sites.
